2. Donation Processing

  • All donations are processed securely and allocated according to donor instructions, if specified. Otherwise, donations are used where they are most needed.

  • Donors receive an acknowledgment and tax receipt promptly after a donation is processed.

  • Recurring donations are managed according to donor preferences and may be modified or canceled by contacting us.

3. Volunteer Engagement

  • Volunteers are matched to opportunities that best fit their skills and interests, and receive orientation, training, and ongoing support as appropriate.

  • We strive to communicate volunteer assignments, schedules, and responsibilities in a timely manner.

4. Communication and Support

  • Gaiety’s Non-Profit is committed to open communication. We respond to inquiries and requests for support as quickly as possible, usually within five business days.

  • Contact information is provided on our website and in all major communications for easy access to our team.

5. Changes, Cancellations, and Availability

  • While we strive to fulfill all service requests and program commitments, the availability of services is subject to funding, resources, and capacity.

  • In the event a program or service cannot be fulfilled as planned, we will communicate promptly with all affected parties and offer alternatives or referrals whenever possible.
